MCI Students Dominate Bossov Ballet Trip To Russia
Fourteen students of Pittsfield’s Maine Central Institute, including five Maine
residents, two home-schooled dancers, and an already graduated ballerina from Los
Gatos, California, formed the cast of Andrei Bossov’s original ballet, Four Seasons,
danced in St. Petersburg’s historic Estrada Theatre on Wednesday evening, 10 April
to Antonio Vivaldi’s four classic violin concertos composed in 1723.
Bossov Ballet Theatre showcased their St. Petersburg work in Lewiston, Maine, on
Friday and Saturday, 4 and 5 May at the Franco-American Heritage Center, 46 Cedar
Street, tickets on sale to the public.

Programs offered at Bossov Ballet Theatre
The Bossov Summer Program offers intensive classical training for dancers who aspire to be professional as well as those who just seek excellence. Ages 10 and up may apply.
The Bossov Year-Round Residential Program is for high-school age aspirants for professional ballet. It includes a superb accredited college preparatory high school curriculum.
Afternoon, evening, and Saturday classes offered to the public. Public Performances directed by Andrei Bossov, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Professional quality.
